I'm Jamie, a professional photographer with 15 years of experience. My journey started with 28 weeks of training by the British Army, where I developed my photography and videography skills. Since 2018, I've guided safaris in Africa and India, sharing my passion for capturing nature. My love for wildlife drove me to become an Army Photographer for access to professional equipment. I was taught to get the shot right in-camera without relying on excessive editing, a principle I adhere to today. It's rewarding to now make a living doing what I love: capturing the beauty of the natural world through photography. I don’t shoot at pay for view locations or hides, I’ve tried it and didn’t find it enjoyable, I get more of a kick out of learning the behaviour of a wild animal and capturing authentic natural photos.
